Directions

In a medium bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Use an electric mixer to blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Or mix it by hand if you have the time and energy. I normally prefer the convenience of the mixer, but this time I mixed it by hand.

Gently fold in the whipped topping until it’s fully incorporated. Just make sure you don’t get too enthusiastic with the folding, or the whipped topping will start to go flat. For serving, transfer the dip to a pretty serving bowl.

For a pretty finishing touch, sprinkle a little extra pumpkin pie spice over the top, if you’d like. Serve this sweet and spiced dip with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, sugar cookies, or fresh fruit for a delightful treat.
