Do you need some ideas for what to serve with a breakfast casserole? There are so many different things you can choose. I’ve listed some of our favorites below.

2 different types of breakfast casserole

Whether you make this casserole with hash browns or one that is more Keto friendly, these dishes are ideal. Even on busy mornings, you can create a breakfast that everyone will love.

Easy Breakfast Casserole

I enjoy making a delicious casserole for a special breakfast on special occasions, like birthdays, Christmas morning, or even Valentine’s Day. An easy breakfast casserole is special without creating too much work.

This egg and sausage breakfast casserole is one of our favorites. Anyone who is following the Keto diet can eat it all by itself, while other people can add a couple of other foods to their plates.

It’s a savory casserole with a delicious egg mixture, cheddar cheese, and sausage.

Since I go on and off of Keto, I like the fact that it’s a complete meal when I’m dieting. However,  it’s a hearty breakfast casserole that goes with a wide variety of side dishes.

Another one we enjoy is this French toast casserole. I get it ready the night before, and all I have to do is pop it into the oven the next morning. It’s also known as a French toast bake.

This is a make-ahead breakfast casserole that you can start the night before and pop into the oven when you first get up the next day. While it’s baking, go ahead and get ready for the day. Provide maple syrup and another topping such as this blueberry sauce.

We also enjoy this breakfast Tater Tot casserole. There are many different ways you can make it by adding your favorite simple ingredients. I’ve added sour cream, chopped bell pepper, diced tomatoes, and other favorite veggies.
