Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip

This slow cooker buffalo chicken dip is a delicious snack or appetizer. You can serve it during game night, before a holiday dinner, or any time you want something zesty.

We like it with chips, but it’s also delicious with celery and carrot strips. In fact, you can serve it with any non-sweet food that holds dip.

Ingredients

You need chopped chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and wing sauce.

For exact measurements of each ingredient and full directions, go to the recipe card at the bottom of the page. You can even print out the card by clicking on the “print” button.

I listed my standard measurements of each ingredient on the recipe card below.

However, when I make it for my husband and me, I go a tad heavier on the wing sauce. That’s because we like spicy food.

You can add other ingredients according to your personal taste. Some examples of add-ins are chopped olives, jalapenos, onions, and peppers.

If there’s something you’d like to try, scoop out a little and test it. You might discover the “next big thing.”

How to Make Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip

The simplicity of this recipe will blow your mind. Just dump everything into the slow cooker, give it a quick stir, put the lid on it, and turn it on high. The 2-quart slow cooker is idea for appetizers and dips.

Leave it for about an hour, stir it again, turn it down to low, and let it do the work. You’ll have delicious dip without having to do much besides find something to dip into it.

For dessert, we like the heartiness of this 2-ingredient apple cake. You can frost it or leave it bare for a deliciously dense treat.

However, there are times when we prefer something lighter. So I make this yummy 3-ingredient chocolate cake.

I have some blogging pals who also make delicious treats. For example, Julie with Back to My Southern Roots makes this delicious bacon ranch walnut cheese ball.
